Our heat bags are made with 100% cotton and packed with essential oil-infused rice (or unscented if desired). We use rice as a wheat alternative as rice does not attract weevils like traditional wheat. Simply place the heat bag in the microwave with a small glass of water for 1-2 minutes (depending on your desired temperature). Can also be used as a cold pack. Simply place in the freezer for minimum 5 minutes then apply to affected area of the body.
