Rug received 1 month late. Took 3 months in total to Australia. I had to message the company to request an update on a correct tracking number. Finally the rug received does not match the colors of the rug that I had purchased. The rug is much more of a neon/ highlighter pink than warm muted. Quality seems good, has a strong smell, but unfortunately not what I was expecting.
