Quindio sits within the rural paisa region of Colombia which is home to some of the best coffee growing conditions and most advanced coffee plantations in the world.  Some decaffeination methods can affect flavour, body and aroma so we use the Swiss Water® Process, a sustainable and 100% chemical free decaffeination method that uses water and the natural compounds in green coffee to gently remove caffeine whilst preserving the unique origin flavours, taste, and characteristics of the bean.
