The Abruzzese pasta factory uses a water mill in the mountains that feeds directly into the factory. This direct source of mountain water mixed with high-quality durum wheat semolina creates pasta with excellent flavor and tenacity. Through an intricate extrusion process, bronze dies are used to make pasta with the ideal outward consistency to hold any sauce paired with it.
