when the products arrived the packaging they were in looked like cheap plastic. and every single individual soap was wrapped in plastic. Anyone I showed the photos to of the products online couldn't believe that this was supposed to be the same products in person. I returned the items and got a partial refund as some of the items were 'seasonal' but I asked if I could get refunded for them anyway as I sent them back and could not put them There is also a very slow response time from brand.
