We were excited to try these products for our customers. Company shows they fulfill orders within 3 days (give or take). One of the reasons we decided to order from them as we were in a time crunch for a last minute client, was time. However, the company does not communicate. I had to reach out twice to find out more info on when our package would be shipped. We never received any communication back. This is our reason for 3 stars. Product is good, just wish we could have received a message back
