Chicken and Meat Kurma recipe: Add a little water to 24g Adabi Kurma powder to mix into a paste 600g chicken or meat, cubed 90ml concentrated coconut milk 560ml water 1 onion- sliced 1 onion- quartered 4 cloves of garlic - sliced 3 potatoes - cubed half inch ginger- sliced salt to taste Instructions: Sauté sliced onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in Adabi Kurma paste. Stir until fragrant. Add chicken/meat and 560ml water. Cover lid and cook on slow-medium fire until meat becomes tender. Pour in coconut milk, quartered onion and cubed potatoes. Cook until potatoes soften. Add salt to taste. Ready to serve.
