While I love the product itself, my experience with their shipping has been less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, out of three orders placed, two encountered issues with packaging and delivery. The most recent order was the worst: an empty box arrived, devoid of the products I eagerly anticipated. This left me deeply disappointed and bewildered. Despite my affection for the product, the consistent problems and lackluster customer care have tarnished the overall experience.
