At Enjoy Biscotti Company, we love what we do and we have a fun time doing it.   A boutique bakery, our products are handmade, one cookie at a time, one oatmeal cup at a time to ensure quality and deliciousness in every serving.  All products are individually wrapped with long shelf life. With a team of 5 women, we can crank out the goods . . . .   and, they are Good!   You'll find us in a little red brick building just west of Denver Metro, next to the Rocky Mountain foothills.      We're proud of every customer we get to work with, though check this out . . .  when Netflix relaunched the Gilmore Girls, Enjoy Biscotti Company created Pop Tart flavored biscotti that were shipped around the world as their promo.  We've also worked with Macy's, Nordstrom, Marriott, Century Link and Offen Petroleum.   Sweet, huh?!    (pun intended) We take a lot of pride in the products that go out our door.   We sincerely hope our next shipment will be headed your way.    Sharing the Joy.    Mary Sherman, the Skipper At our commercial kitchen, we reuse and recycle cardboard, paper, plastic, glass.
