About Wyld Woman Jewellery

I founded Wyld Woman Jewellery because I wanted to make jewellery pieces that carry a deeper meaning. I always want to wear and make something that shows off my soul searching personality. Pieces that come with this ancient look, as if it was just washed ashore by a wave, or unearthed at an archeological site. With the yoga collection I even went a step further, as these yoga figures can represent a companion on the journey to enlightenment. Maybe most importantly, my pieces are meant to look stunning and to beautify the wearer, the modern woman that is wanting to define her personality and look great. I come from a small agate mining town in Germany, and my ancestors once had been in the jewellery trade. After a stint in the corporate world in London I really longed to do something creative and to connect to my heritage. It had been my dream to make my own jewellery since I was a young teenager. The brand image is very much inspired by the book 'Women Who Run With Wolves’. Wyld Woman Jewellery wants to carry the message of the wild woman. She is one who achieves self-discovery and self-love from collecting bones. The bones are a metaphor of parts of ourselves, that we have lost. And Jewellery is our translation of these bones. All pieces are made in my workshop in South-East London. I use recycled metals where ever possible and the most sustainable chemicals. My stones are often from vintage stock.
