Saffron and Salt condiments put a fresh spin on classic favorites to bring unexpected flavors to everyday foods and beverages. The nostalgia and novelty helps consumers take a mental break from their day and truly enjoy their meals. I grew up spending summers helping my Grandma Margret garden and can fresh food products sold at my grandparents’ roadside stand. She gave me a deep passion for cooking and appreciation for the way food can keep us grounded in the moment. I launched Saffron and Salt in 2023 with Candied Jalapeños as our first and signature product. Initially sold online and in farmer’s markets, their popularity has allowed us to add three new products to our offerings and expand sales into several local retail stores. Customers praise our condiments for their taste, versatility, and value-for-money. While still small, we look forward to a big, spicy future. Read their story
