I’ve had a huge sweet tooth since as long as I can remember. I’d always grab the most alien dessert out of the whole spread in any bakery. My husband, on the other hand, doesn’t eat eggs. Feeling sorry for him I started baking a lot at home during the pandemic. I discovered that homemade treats put together with thought, clean ingredients and zest for novelty satisfy my soul like none other around me. I strive to create desserts that don’t contain chemically enriched ingredients. I also endeavor to compose recipes which use less sugar and opt for suitable alternatives wherever possible. I intend to feed my patrons what I would feed my family – nothing less. With my DIY baking mixes, anyone can become a dessert alchemist- conjuring up unique and healthier treats in the comfort of their own kitchen.
