About The Mindful Dandelion

The Mindful Dandelion sprouted in Byron Bay on the east coast of Australia. While on a road trip with their young daughter Sage, founders Michael and Rheanna were inspired to craft these cards as an engaging way to sow seeds of mindfulness, compassion and resilience in the hearts and imaginations of children. Michael’s experience as a Mindfulness Facilitator and Therapist provided the fertile soil from which these mindfulness cards grew. Sage collaborated by providing a child’s perspective, ensuring each card truly spoke to her blossoming heart. Rheanna reached out to her favourite local artist Mia Taninaka to create exquisite images that bring the cards to life with a touch of magic. Michael and Rheanna further collaborated with children from a range of ages and circumstances to ensure the cards would be useful for various settings and cherished by children, parents, carers, educators and therapists alike.
