About SteMargScot

Founded in 2022, SteMargScot is an apparel company challenging the world of synthetic outerwear. We make warm, vibrant, and gender-inclusive woollen coats, with a free-from plastics and metals ethos. Our coats are designed and produced in Toronto, Canada with the warmest wools done in unconventional vibrant colours like hot pink, vivid chartreuse and electric blue. We source from our local farming communities and from countries with high thresholds for animal welfare, environmental regulations and human rights (i.e., UK, Netherlands). We acknowledge just how much textile waste the fashion industry produces, so we repurpose our textile scraps into accessories like floral brooches, bags and a newly emerging line of home goods — extending the life of every spool of wool produced.
