About The Bitter Ginger

Brian Mazurek, aka The Bitter Ginger, makes extremely small batch bitters and shrubs. Established in 2015 on a mountain top in Big Sur, he has created a small line of goods geared for craft cocktails, digestive health and creative cooking. The drive is to craft bitters and shrubs from the best produce available and to be able to adapt them to reflect the kinds of flavors we as humans crave with each changing season.
