About Ombra Coffee Roasters

The idea germinated in the beautiful city of Le Havre in 2019. It is the result of a rich first collaboration between two coffee enthusiasts. Thibault, former manager of Café Seghers, expert green beans and roaster since 2015, trained with the SCA, falls under the spell of the volcanic landscapes of Barú in Panama. Upon his return to France, he decided to launch his business. Guillaume, manager of the Cargo Coffee Shop and barista for 6 years, discovered the world of specialty coffees in 2017. He chose to locate his establishment in the pedestrian streets of Le Havre because of his historical relationship with coffee and following his meeting with Café Seghers. Wishing to offer a unique coffee experience, to pass on our passion and knowledge of coffee to as many people as possible; our credo lies in mastering the stages of production from cherry to cup.Read their story
