About Sanctuary of Tao

Sanctuary of Tao is a non-profit educational organization offering Taoist teachings, practices, and philosophy. Our mission is to transmit authentic Taoist teachings that address the global need for living and dying well. Our founder, Stuart Alve Olson, is a renown author and teacher who has learned from various reputable masters, most notably Master T. T Liang (and a disciple of Hsuan Hua). We offer books, courses, programs, and free resources to preserve and transmit the knowledge for achieving the well-being of the body, spirit, and mind. The Sanctuary of Tao seeks to empower human beings to bring about for themselves, health preservation and restoration, youthfulness in old age, and clarity and tranquility through authentic Taoist teachings so that we may continue to share the gift of living and dying well.Read their story
