About Papa Ray's Marketplace

Papa Ray's Marketplace way created in 2006 after family and friends continued to push Ray and Monik to share their amazing creations with the public. The difference that makes Papa Ray's a customer favorite is the devotion to quality, the pride in creating a baking mix that is better than the rest, more flavorful, easy to bake and delicious to eat. We use only the best possible ingredients in our mixes which are created from generations of family recipes from Germany that Monik was given in a cookbook sent to her after her Oma passed. We have since incorporated other family recipes and flavors to continue to grow the line but have stayed true to the original idea of handmaking each mix in small batches with no additives or preservatives. We do not sell to big box stores or on Amazon as we believe in the strength of small businesses. We have a great following already and can't wait to expand our customer base.
