About Just Dried Fruit

Just Dried Fruit is dehydrated local produce made by husband and wife Tobey and Rach. We started dehydrating fruit for our own cocktails garnishes and snacks for our daughter. We buy farm produce and dehydrate pure fruit with no additives. It is perfect as a snack, drink or platter garnish and to naturally flavour water. Being a crafty couple, we love using our leftover slices to make beautiful resin pieces. Read their story
