About ESSENTIALS FOR ZULA

Based on the concept of a never-ending summer. We are a father-daughter duo creating sustainable swimwear, resort wear and underwear. Our goal is to craft beautiful and comfortable designs in a conscious way that doesn't cost the people or the planet. Designed in Austria, handmade in Thailand. ESSENTIALS FOR ZULA's conscious ethos promotes slow fashion through tightly controlled production processes in our very own family-run factory. This means that we have an entire overview of the manufacturing process and are fully responsible for implementing the highest ecological and social standards. Delie Kastner, the designer and founder of ESSENTIALS FOR ZULA, grew up in Thailand. A place where the sun always shines and surrounded by the turquoise water of the sea. Nature acting both as a healer in the city and as a connection we all share. Moving to Vienna in 2015, she began creating her iconic wireless bralettes in 2015, before expanding into creating beautiful and timeless swimwear, resort wear and basics that has been worn by Hailey Bieber, Emily Ratajkowski and other Joan Smalls. Like all of our collections, we are detached from the seasons of the fashion industry, introducing capsule collections every few months, and stocking a group of core products at a time.
