About Penrose Society

Hey there! I'm Chloe (she/her) founder of Penrose Society, a creative adventure that started in late 2014 as a platform to share my artwork with others. Growing up I always loved art, photography and design and used painting as a therapeutic tool and creative outlet. My very first design was a Penrose triangle on a folded gift card, which is where the name Penrose Society stems from, with a subtle nod to postscript (P.S) used in card and letter writing. Despite an interest in art I was also fascinated by the human body and pursued a career in biomedical science. Penrose Society is an amalgamation of the two, creating polymer clay jewellery, ceramics and artwork inspired by neuroscience, microbiology, and cellular structures in the brain and body.
