Ninong’s Dessert Lab is owned by CO Creative Cartel LLC. It was started in 2008 and its original concept being a Filipino-American cafe inspired by our family recipes. In 2012, we started selling our most popular item - Ube Pancakes. In 2020, we began selling the pancakes as a mix so families can enjoy our signature recipe at home. Read their story
