Norma Gs and Les & Norma pays homage to my mother, Norma. Her spirit and kindness and hospitality toward all who visited us, was an inspiration for my food truck and restaurant, serving Caribbean cuisine in the metropolitan Detroit area. The products here were inspired by her talents and were developed at the restaurant.
