About Hyesun Eyewear

Hyesun is Australia’s first independent eyewear brand designed for Asian faces and people with low nose bridges. Independently founded after years of dealing with sunglasses that slipped, sat on cheeks, or simply didn’t feel right, Hyesun exists to fix a design gap most of the industry still ignores. Our sunglasses feature a narrower, more supportive nose bridge, a flatter profile and generous lens width so they sit securely and comfortably on smaller noses and wider faces. The result is statement sunglasses that look good and stay put. Each style is made from Italian biodegradable Mazzucchelli M49 acetate (gold standard in luxury eyewear), with CR39 lenses and OBE hinges. The acetate can also be gently reshaped with heat, making personalised adjustments simple. Hyesun is independently owned and all of our sunglasses are designed in Australia, produced in limited runs, and offers low minimum order quantities to support boutiques and curated retailers.Read their story
