4 Labradors, 3 children, 2 grown-ups and a kiln… well that how it’s started anyway… Falling down the stairs and subsequent life changing spinal injuries put pay to walking for a while so drawing became the new therapy. It was obvious that my wife’s drawings were special, created with love and a passion for the world around her. Due to that life changing accident, we wanted to grow a family run business with care at its heart. We understand, first-hand, how difficult it can be to achieve goals and proposer when faced with disability and, as we grew, we vowed to become a Disability Confident Employer providing opportunities for those who face challenges entering the workplace. We achieve that aim without fail. We take huge pride in the fact that we are a very diverse team all facing challenges such as physical disabilities, mental health issues and autism. We work hard to support each other and, together, we‘ve built a business based on strong moral principles and a huge amount of love. We have always been driven to help others, believing firmly that connections with others are key to happiness…. Our family run fine bone china business is based in South Wales and our product is created by hand and from the heart. We have a wonderful work ethic that focuses on teamwork and integrity with huge emphasis on quality, local community and family values.
