Small Batch Jam Co. is a family-run producer of fruit preserves made entirely by hand in Pacifica, California. We focus on fruit-first flavors using heritage and seasonal varieties that are often overlooked by large manufacturers. We work directly with growers, orchards, and small farms to source fruit that deserves better than the commodity market. Many of those partners come to us with fruit that tastes exceptional but isn’t suitable for grocery retail because of size, softness, or appearance. We turn it into something memorable. Our production is rooted in traditional craft, small kettles, and careful attention to flavor balance and set. We freeze fruit at harvest to preserve peak ripeness and use a controlled cooking process that keeps the character of the fruit intact. Each batch is monitored by hand for texture, Brix, and acidity, allowing the fruit to lead and the sweetness to support. Our flavors range from classic profiles to seasonal and limited-variety releases that reflect what is truly available. We care about supporting regional agriculture, reducing waste, and offering customers preserves that taste like the fruit they came from.
