About IMYOGI

IMYOGI was founded with a mission to bring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to children, helping them to develop self-confidence, body awareness, and mindfulness. As a woman of color, Florence did not see herself represented in children's products growing up, and she is now committed to changing this, one IMYOGI product at a time. At IMYOGI, we strongly believe in the importance of yoga and mindfulness for children, as these practices provide the tools they need to navigate and manage big emotions from a young age.Read their story
