About Goal Board Workshop

The Goal Board Workshop was created by Liz Barallon. Liz is a life coach, energy healer, and mum to three girls from sunny Queensland, Australia. Through combining these modalities into her business, Start Your Life Abundance, Liz was able to incorporate a holistic way to help her clients to focus on the energetic output of their emotions in order to help them manifest their desired reality. After writing a book about emotional health and balance called The FASTR Process, Liz created amazing tools to help her clients to achieve the success and balance they were searching for.
