Our founder, Kristi Brooks, started her career as a pastry chef with a passion for afternoon tea. This led to her owning a tea room of her own in California for 10 years where she created unforgettable tea blends along with a delicious gourmet menu. Since relocating to Colorado her passion for tea has only grown. These days you can find her one of a kind tea blends and tea brewing accessories at various farmers markets around Colorado and online through her website.
