As immigrants from India, based in New York, we saw a massive 'white space' in the coffee aisle: Indian coffee. We were shocked that despite India being the 7th largest producer, it's virtually unknown in the U.S. Our mission is to change that: to redefine how Indian coffee is experienced with a modern, vibrant, and authentic new vision. This isn't just selling coffee; it's sharing our heritage and honoring the traditions that make it special. In just 6 months since launch, we've had phenomenal success, partnering with 20+ regional and boutique stores across New York, Seattle, Portland, and Oregon. Retailers love our unique story and premium quality. We source our beans directly from a single, female-owned farm in Southern India. This isn't just a business relationship; it’s a partnership built on mutual respect and a direct-trade approach that ensures fair wages and a sustainable livelihood for the farmers, honoring the land and the people who cultivate it. The high altitude of the plantation contributes to the bean's density and flavor development. Our beans are grown in the shade of lush trees, alongside spices like cardamom and black pepper, which subtly infuse the coffee with a unique, memorable character. The result is a naturally smooth profile, with a low acidity that many customers prefer. Our packaging is 100% store drop-off recyclable.
