Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced exclusively from olives grown in the protected area of the Gargano National Park in Puglia, Italy, in an unspoilt area of over 400 hectares of centuries-old olive trees. We carry out all production stages, from harvesting the olives to bottling the olive oil within a radius of just 50 miles. Our own hands control the quality of the olives before they are picked and transported to our nearby mills. A production area with advanced technology, covering an area of approximately 30.000 square metres, where the entire production cycle takes place, from processing to packaging. Direct control and management of all production chain stages guarantees and preserves the high quality of our product.Read their story
