Born from the lifelong love of an Eagle Scout and inspired by the spirit of Teddy Roosevelt himself, The Roosevelts Candle Co. is our tribute to the great outdoors, the national parks that ground us, and the memories made in places that take your breath away. Founded by us—Jason and Katie Kloess—right here in Nashville, Tennessee, our mission is simple: to bring the outside in, one clean-burning candle at a time. Every candle we make is a love letter to the places that shaped us—whether it’s the nostalgic scent of a city you once wandered or the awe of standing in a vast, untouched wilderness. We’re raising our daughter Callahan to love these places too (alongside our very good boy, Maximus), and we’re building this business with family, integrity, and the planet in mind. That’s why we use only the cleanest ingredients—soy, coconut, and beeswax blends, phthalate-free and paraben-free fragrances, cotton wicks free of lead and zinc, and packaging that’s recyclable and reusable. No shortcuts. No toxins. Just honest craftsmanship from start to finish. Designed, mixed, and poured right here in Nashville.
