About Livend LLC

Leilani Peterson is a co-founder of Livend and a former resident of California who decided to make Arizona her home once again in 2021. Her journey to Livend began with her education, which included a degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, followed by a nursing degree from South University in Richmond, VA. Throughout her academic pursuits, Leilani was always passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in people's lives. While attending nursing school, Leilani worked on Livend in silence, putting in long hours to develop a product that would make a difference in people's lives. Her dedication and hard work paid off when Livend started to receive positive feedback from people who had used the product and found it to be helpful. One such example is a feedback received from an adult with special needs, who has a sensory disorder. They reported that Livend helped them feel comfortable and at ease while washing their face, which can often be a stressful and overwhelming experience for people with sensory sensitivities. Leilani's passion for helping others shines through in everything she does, whether it's working at a patient's bedside, exercising with adults who have Down syndrome, or developing a product that can make a difference in people's daily lives.
