About 'AINA life

Ashley and Franco Martinez live in Hawai'i and created 'AINA life to help people make better choices that support the 'AINA, or land, in Hawaiian. The culture of Hawai'i teaches us to take care of the land and ocean and it will take care of us in return. These simple sayings are found on all of our products with beautiful imagery as a reminder of what our purpose is in this short time spent on our Mother Earth. Franco's passion is surfing and Ashley cooks and bakes all things on a vegan budget. The tides of consumerism are washed up on the shores of Hawai'i and the impact of plastic pollution is something we see experience every day. It was important for us to share that even if we are taking care of our bodies and living a healthy life, it doesn't always mean we are taking care of our island home. We offer Reusable Produce bags and Bamboo Toothbrushes because it is the first step and the last to making a switch away from plastic. There's a revolution that needs to happen and it starts from inside each one of us, we need to wake up and fall in love with Mother Earth. There are a lot of things that don't make sense to us in this world and many changes that are not in our control. One way we can rise above is to make better choices as a consumer by recognizing the impacts we make each day.
