About The Proverbial...Lump O' Coal TM

Christmas in 1999 we couldn't find a Lump of Coal as gifts. So we decided we would make one. After months of research, we began 2000 with the purchase of the Proverbial...Lump O' Coal trademark. From there we found an engineer to design a container similar to the plastic Easter egg, but with a coal look. Our idea was transforming into a product. By adding some confectionery and a collectible stuffed animal Collection of 12 designs, we have the Ultimate in Novelty Stocking Stuffers on the market. We are the ORIGINAL ONE! We didn't have the funding for seasonal product automation, so we found a workforce of Adults with Developmental Disabilities, who, continue to build this product today. We provide work opportunities to the Not-for-profit community and pay piece work to the participants. It's really a win-win for everyone. We take orders for Christmas delivery to Retailers to be in store by Oct 31 of any given year. therefore, we cut off orders by March 10th to allow for assembly time of product. We build to orders received. We look forward to supplying more retailers with this Original Trademarked product. All other Lump O' Coal are knockoff products of ours.
