About Raw Label

Raw Label is a homewares brand working with Zambian artisans to produce high quality basketry, tableware and home accessories within our signature neutral colour palette. We work directly with our producers, enabling them to earn a living while working from home. This means they are able to continue to take care of their families and tend their fields whilst earning much needed cash to contribute to keeping the family in food, clothes and education. We have a focus on sustainability. All of our raw materials are natural and locally sourced. Our methods are adjusted so that natural resources are not depleted. For example Makenge roots, used to make placemats and wall hangings are harvested in a way that encourages multiplication rather than depletion of the natural resource. Read their story
