PANEBRUNO was born in Inzago (Milan) in 2008 from an idea by Bruno who decides to produce organic bakery products, leavened with sourdough, without animal proteins and in a sustainable way. Hence the decision to carry out the activity in a prefabricated wooden laboratory and to power the oven with solar energy produced by a photovoltaic system located on the roof. This “green” basic idea makes us choose Italian and organic flours and to process them without preservatives and chemical additives.
