We are a part of a global company dedicated to top quality fruit, Fyffes North America. In North America Fyffes is the 1st supplier of Melons and mushrooms, the 3rd of supplier sweet pineapples and the 4th of bananas. The snacks started as a way to support small plantain farmers in Colombia by giving them an additional outlet. Our commitment goes to the snack plant that provides employment to many locals, many of whom are single heads of household and widowed mothers. Additionally, for each box of fresh fruit, we contribute a fixed dollar amount to Fundation Uniban, our social foundation which manages dozens of social and economic projects in Colombia.Read their story
