This is where spirits from Zurich mix for a friendly Negroni summer. The gin comes from the well-known Turicum Distillery. For vermouth, we use the white vermouth from the two Zurichers Marius Frehner and Kaspar Fenkart. As bitter, the original recipe comes from Gustav Erdmann Weisflog, who had a practice for stomach problems in Altstetten. Weisflog was invented there around 1870 and produced for the first time. Tasting notes: A fresh summery Negroni with subtle bitter notes. Serving suggestion: Pour the Negroni over a few ice cubes in a tumbler and mix. Then spray with orange zest. If you are completely crazy, you can even inject with a little tonic. It is otherwise rather unusual, but tastes great!
