This knife is our Red Dot award 2024 winning knife! To win this Red Dot award is a huge milestone for us as we are a pretty small company and we would never dream to win this price. There is also few knife companies in the world that have got a price in the Red Dot Award and now we are one of them. :-D It will be official 10 of October 2024 but we are soft launching our A-73 legacy knife and the serie it belongs to now as it have been pretty many people asking for them :-) My vision of our A-73 serie was to make each knife special balanced and comfy to work with but still have same feeling of holding them. So for this chef knife the balance point is slightly up on the blade to make best high pinch kitchen knife. So if you just hold on the handle it will be a little front heavy. It have a similar design as our A-30 kitchen knives. but weight 20g more and a little thicker. So for those that hold pretty high up on the blade they would love this knife.
