I was sent the cup only but was supposed to get my lid and straw at the same time, the shop owner stated she would send them shortly once she received them from backorder. I informed the owner a week after the first delivery, that I never received the items, we discovered that USPS lost my package so that same day they sent my remaining items plus more and included a handwritten apology note. Quality is great, would order from them again.
