Our wine vinegars are made from wines from the main French wine-growing regions. Not everything ages well, but our vinegar does. Because since 1797, we have been aging it in oak barrels, with the greatest respect for the Orleans tradition. This vinegar comes from a selection of the best French grape varieties. Thanks to its slow fermentation of 3 weeks in oak barrels and its aging for nine years in our cellars, it offers this unique taste, the heritage of centuries-old know-how.
