Pasta cu sucu by Mulinciani, pasta ca sassa and mulinciani or pasta câ Norma, in short, Pasta alla Norma. The first course of this delicious Sicilian gastronomic proposal was prepared in Catania in honor of a work “La Norma” by the musician Vincenzo Bellini, from which it took its name. Pesto alla Norma is a sauce, to marinate second courses, flavor soups or soups but also a base for many vegetarian dishes; combine pesto with many recipes and not only with the classic trofie, spaghetti, butterflies, green beans and potatoes.
