They were very crispy, probably due to the thin cut. The chorizo flavor was very present, almost like meat, which we really liked. The spiciness was well balanced and not overwhelming in any way. We liked the fact that the flavor and heat lingered in the mouth for a while. A good crunch. A tasty crisp with just the right amount of seasoning. Light, with a delicate crunch, this crisp was pleasant to eat. The spiciness of the chorizo really complements the crisp, and the chorizo flavor really comes through as a meaty taste. Excellent smoky aftertaste.
