The series is the result of applying the Japanese principle of Kodawari, which has been our driving force and guiding principle. Kodawari means striving for perfection through perseverance. Our series offers the perfect knife for every application in the modern kitchen. Japanese VG10 DAMAST steel, 73 layers offers maximum sharpness, edge retention and easy resharpening. The ergonomically optimized handles are made of ebony. This material lies comfortably in the hand and is resistant to moisture. A perfect knife is the first step towards a successful cooking experience.
