MEDIUM BOUQUET BOUQUET WITH DRIED AND PRESERVED FLOWERS AND GREENS
This was a great seller for my business my first few orders where awesome, the bouquet where full and included hydrangeas, by my 3rd order the price double, and the bouquets no longer look the same I think I maybe saw 1 hydrangea in a bouquet after that, they explained an issue with converting US dollars or something like that for the price change, and that was ok if the quailty had stayed the same, but it DID NOT

This brand has sent me the wrong bouquets not once but twice. I asked got a refund, via Faire customer service, I didn’t receive my full reimbursement from the brand. Now today I randomly received a tiny box of the wrong bouquets but this time I did not order them. I need my reimbursement and communication.

They are all beautifully wrapped but packaging could have been more secure for shipping. Also a few bouquets are significantly thinner than others and they aren’t selling as good. I did re order for the fuller ones though. Editing, I re ordered the same bouquets (neutral, fall colors) and received bright pinks and blues. Completely different than before. Also, the prices doubled. So I’m a little disappointed. Will change my review again when new delivery arrives
