This combination of herbs is a great alternative to the usual evening teas of chamomile, rose or mint.  The Calming Hug is a great nutty blend or pecans and pistachios with the added health benefit Catnip.  Yes it seems fully considering what it does to cats.....but Catnip is a great calming herb for humans.  It calms the digestive system and is a sedative for the mind.  This tea can be a great alternative for feeling anxious and to shut down the mind when necessary.   We combined this tea with our amazing caffeine free Rooibos giving it mildly sweet aftertaste.  We also added a bit of Peppermint and Cinnamon to round out the flavors.  NOTE:  “This/these claim(s) has/have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
