A generous chocolate bar with mineral-rich sea salt flakes. We get the cocoa beans for this bar from the social cooperative Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. Handmade, gently toasted and slowly concentrated, enhancing the natural qualities of cocoa. When the chocolate is temperate and in the mold we add unrefined mineral sea salt from the Kattegasea. Ingredients Cocoa beans, cane sugar and sea salt. Key Procedures Cat Street's clean seawater is sizzled into large iron pans and the flaking crystals gently fall onto the back of the freshly tempered chocolate bar. Handmade in Copenhagen.
