The products are excellent, we have only had satisfied customer feedback. However, contacting them is complicated because we have not received a response from them to implement a solution to avoid losing products. It's a shame because we had the clientele. The packaging in the boxes is not great because the products are often mixed. The second order was better packaged, though. It's a pity there are no individual bags for these products.

The products are excellent, however, the twigs and nibbles, the packages all arrived burst, everything was loose in the box... I think the shipping needs to be reviewed. On the other hand, the products are excellent.

I have been working with this producer for over 2 years now :) All my clients love their products, and I find that the bulk packaging is a real plus, the sausages have time to dry a bit unlike plastic packaging. Fast delivery, I can only recommend!!
