They sell you a cooler bag but it’s not a cooler bag at all. Plus they use the cheapest boxes they can find. All my items were I. Damaged boxes inside the damaged box that they were shipped in. Poor handling and shipping process.

We unfortunately can not control UPS damages. 99% of packages arrive without issue with our boxes. We use the top of the line FDA food approved shipping coolers for all packages. Also anything damaged gets reshipped but customer requested no reshipments. Please contact us if anything needs to be replaced. —Long Island Candy Factory • Aug 13, 2026

They charge extra for shipping with ice packs during the Summer. It was a requirement I believe. I think that is a great idea and happy to pay more for the packaging materials, but it was a soft insulated soft pack with two small gel packs. I'm sure it did the job on the first 24hrs of the journey, but ain't going to get it to Texas. The package was 101º per infrared thermometer. The gummy contents were fine, but would have arrived in the same condition with or without the additional costs.
